Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: Clients may cancel their service at any time by contacting us at belapool@belapool.com prior to the next scheduled service or billing cycle.

Refunds: Due to the nature of our labor and chemical supplies, completed services are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with a service visit, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address the issue promptly.
